General conditions


Rental Agreement
The customer who makes the online booking accepts the general conditions indicated. The
booking is considered completed at the time of written / email confirmation by Enotria
Travel.
Availability on the site is constantly updated . In the event that the availability of the
requested structure is not confirmed by the owners, Enotria Travel will contact you
immediately to offer you an appropriate alternative, which of course must always be
reconfirmed. Only when the final invoice is issued can the reservation be considered binding
by the Tour Operator agency.
Should the accommodation become unavailable due to force majeure, Enotria Travel
reserves the right to replace the accommodation booked with an offer of equal or higher
value. In the event of force majeure, Enotria Travel can cancel the contract by returning the
sum already paid.
Our adjusted cancellation conditions regarding Corona:
* Temporary condition due to Corona: In case that a negative travel advice (code Red: "Do
not travel" or code Orange: "Only necessary travel") is issued by the authority for the
booked destination (s), Enotria Travel offers the possibility to rebook or to receive a voucher
for the paid amount . This special condition does not apply if customer does not want to
travel because of fear / worries. As long as no official negative travel advice is issued, the
regular cancellation conditions apply.
Payment
Payment of 30% of the total due within 8 days from the invoice issue date, by bank transfer,
as a deposit. The balance must be paid within 6 weeks of the arrival date.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, the following penalties apply:
Cancellations received more than 3 months from the date of arrival: 0% of the total
Cancellations received between 90-60 days from the date of arrival: 30% of the total
Cancellations received between 60-30 days from the date of arrival: 50% of the total
Cancellations received between 30-15 days from the date of arrival: 75% of the total
Cancellations received in the last 15 days from the date of arrival: 100% of the total
Check in / out
Arrivals are usually expected between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm. Departures no later than 10.00
am.
Arrivals / departures at times other than those specified above are possible if specifically
agreed at the time of booking and subject to confirmation from our local office that takes
care of the reception and assistance to the customer. The supplement for arrivals after the
indicated times is quantified in euro 30 for arrivals before 10pm and euro 60 for arrivals
from 10pm to 1am. Arrivals after 1am are not accepted.
For sudden delays and the inability to respect the times indicated in the booking, guests are
required to promptly contact the reception office at the emergency number indicated on
the voucher. In case of lack of communication, Enotria Travel cannot be held responsible for
any failure to deliver the keys.
It is forbidden to enter the houses in a number of people higher than that indicated in the
voucher: for security reasons, the occupation of the house is limited to the number of
people indicated on the voucher. By internal agreements, the owner may also prohibit the
entry of excess people. Upon arrival all guests must be registered for mandatory PS
communications. not that for registration for the payment of the tourist tax.
Security deposit
Upon arrival, the customer is required to pay the deposit indicated on the voucher upon
delivery. The deposit will be returned upon departure, subject to retention of any sums due
for any extra expenses or for any damage caused. In the event that the security deposit is
not paid, the manager reserves the right not to hand over the keys. The tenant undertakes
to occupy the accommodation respecting all the rules of good neighborliness.
Complaints
The homes are delivered to the customer in a state of cleanliness and order. The state of the
houses corresponds to the description of the website updated according to the latest
information received from the owners. The customer who does not intend to accept the
status of the rented home must report it immediately upon delivery of the home to the
Enotria Travel representative. In the event that the customer leaves the rented unit before
having communicated the fact to the Enotria Travel staff, he loses all right to any refund.
Any claim or complaint must in any case reach Enotria Travel within 10 days from the date
of the end of the booked period, otherwise there will be no right to claim for compensation.
Disputes
For any legal controversy the exclusive jurisdiction of the Vibo Valentia Forum is agreed.
The booking request and its confirmation imply knowledge of the general rental conditions
and imply acceptance without reservations or exceptions. The customer who has booked
will be held responsible for the lease.
There are houses and lodgings where pets are not allowed. The possibility of bringing animals with
you must always be agreed in advance and must be indicated at the time of booking. Where
applicable, an extra cleaning fee must be paid, which will be indicated on the booking confirmation
and voucher.
For villas with swimming pools the opening / closing period is generally specified on the site and may
be subject to weather
